OrgSets Welcomes First Certified Communities

Announcing the official public launch of OrgSets and welcoming the first cohort of organizations digitizing their operations.

A Modern Standard for Community Governance

Today, OrgSets officially opened its platform to the public, welcoming our first cohort of certified youth sports leagues, fraternal societies, homeowner associations, and non-profits.

Why OrgSets Was Founded

Volunteer-run organizations represent the bedrock of local communities. Yet, most operate using a disjointed patchwork of consumer applications:

  • WhatsApp or Facebook groups for communication.
  • Excel spreadsheets for member directories.
  • Google Drive or Dropbox for storing bylaws.
  • Venmo, PayPal, or physical checks for collecting dues.

This fragmentation leads to administrative drag, security vulnerabilities, and board member burnout. OrgSets was built to solve this by consolidating communication, directories, compliance tracking, and automated financial ledgers into a single, secure environment.

Welcoming Our First Cohort

Over the past several months, a select group of pilot organizations successfully transitioned their operations to OrgSets. Local sports clubs consolidated their roster placements and parent notifications, while homeowner associations digitized their assessment records.

We are excited to expand our onboarding queue and invite community leaders to schedule a demo to see how OrgSets can streamline their operations.
